Position Overview:

The Sales Attorney plays a pivotal role in providing legal counsel and support for an organization’s sales activities. This position ensures that all sales contracts, transactions, and strategies comply with applicable laws and regulations while protecting the company’s interests. The Sales Attorney collaborates closely with sales, finance, and business teams to facilitate deal negotiations, manage risk, and support revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review New CL Interview notes and develop strategies to help CLs obtain legal status.
• Offer consultation support to Licenciadas and help answer CLs questions during consultations.
• Assist customer service agents in addressing CLs inquiries and concerns.
• Support the legal team by providing new strategies as needed.
• Contribute to the training and development of the New CL Department.
• Perform other job duties as assigned to support our mission.

Requirements:

Requirements and Skills:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree or Master of Laws (LLM) from an accredited law school.
• Active Bar license in good standing in any U.S. state.
• 2-5 years of attorney experience in general immigration, with specific expertise in family and humanitarian-based petitions.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required due to frequent client interactions.
• Excellent time management and attention to detail.
• Flexibility and adaptability with work schedules.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency in reading and writing in both English and Spanish.
• Exceptional computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
