Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all guests
• Accurately handle cash, credit card, and mobile transactions
• Maintain knowledge of Dallas Cowboys players and team merchandise
• Assist customers with product selection and recommendations
• Stock merchandise and maintain an organized sales floor
• Set up and break down merchandise displays as needed
• Maintain a clean and professional store environment
• Follow all company and airport safety protocols
• Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail or sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Outgoing personality with professional appearance
• Ability to interact positively with co-workers and guests
• Good salesmanship and product knowledge skills
• Knowledge of Dallas Cowboys players preferred
• Open availability required, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Reliable transportation to and from DFW Airport
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Must pass an FBI fingerprint background check
• Must provide two valid government-issued IDs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire 8-hour shift
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
• Frequent bending, stooping, and twisting
• Ability to work in close-quarter environments
• May occasionally work in warm or fast-paced conditions
