About the Role:

We’re hiring a talented and experienced Sales Associate to join the retail operations in Kuwait . You’ll lead a dynamic store team, drive business performance, elevate customer experience, and ensure alignment with brand and operational standards.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Enhance customer engagement with merchandise to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Operate cash registers, process financial transactions accurately, and maintain balanced cash drawers.
• Achieve established sales targets and contribute to increasing in-store revenue.
• Guide customers to appropriate merchandise and provide detailed product information.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
• Promote ongoing sales, discounts, and special offers to customers.
• Cross-sell and up-sell products to maximize purchase value.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2 years of professional experience in the retail fashion industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Professional appearance with a pleasant and approachable demeanor, maintaining store organization and visual standards.
• Willingness to relocate to Kuwait.
