We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Associate (FEMALES) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating qualified leads through cold calling, prospecting, and direct outreach. You will play a key role in expanding our customer base by identifying potential clients and introducing them to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct daily outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce company offerings.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through research, prospecting, and follow-up.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client information and activity tracking.
  • Schedule appointments or product presentations for the sales team.
  • Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation targets.
  • Build and maintain a positive relationship with potential clients to nurture long-term business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to refine lead generation strategies.
  • Prepare and share weekly reports on call activity, lead conversion, and pipeline development.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or lead generation (B2B experience is a plus).
  • Proven ability to handle high-volume outbound calls and meet targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho).
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and able to work independently.
  • Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
