Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate (Fresher) to join our growing sales team. This is an entry-level role ideal for recent graduates or individuals passionate about developing a career in sales. You will learn key sales skills, engage with customers, and help drive revenue growth for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding product features and making purchase decisions (in-store or remotely).
• Learn and apply sales techniques to meet daily/weekly sales targets.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle queries professionally.
• Maintain and update customer records in CRM systems or sales trackers.
• Support promotional activities, product launches, and campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer follow-up.
• Attend training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
• Contribute to maintaining store/display standards (for retail roles).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
