Sales Associate -Front desk (In-Store)

Job Description:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our retail store team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, drive sales, and ensure a positive shopping experience while maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them in selecting products.
• Provide accurate product information and recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to store performance.
• Handle cash, POS transactions, and issue receipts.
• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and product displays.
• Restock shelves and monitor inventory levels.
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in retail or sales is preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Positive attitude and team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with POS systems.
• Background in electronics, gaming, or retail products
