Job Summary
RA Empire is hiring Indirect Channel Sales Associates to manage and grow sales through our authorized sales partners in allocated territories. The role involves regular field visits, relationship management, and driving bookings through channel partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop assigned indirect sales partners (dealers, agents, property consultants)
- Conduct regular market and partner visits in allocated areas
- Onboard new sales partners and expand the indirect channel network
- Deliver project briefings, rate updates, and sales pitches to partners
- Ensure availability of marketing material and updated inventory details
- Coordinate site visits, client meetings, and booking closures via partners
- Track partner performance and follow up on leads and conversions
- Maintain accurate sales reports and partner visit logs
- Ensure compliance with RA Empire’s sales policies and ethical standards

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in real estate sales, channel sales, or B2B field sales
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
- Self-driven with strong follow-up and reporting discipline
- Familiarity with local real estate market is a plus
