Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our accessories division. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, drive sales, and ensure the store displays and inventory reflect the brand’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate accessories (bags, jewelry, belts, scarves, watches, etc.).
- Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays are attractive and organized.
- Handle transactions accurately using POS systems.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment and organizing the sales floor.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, trends, and promotions.
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales, fashion, or retail is a plus.
- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion accessories.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Professional appearance and a passion for fashion and accessories.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: QAR4,500.00 - QAR5,000.00 per month
