Job Purpose:
To drive sales and market share of flour products by developing and maintaining strong relationships with retail, wholesale, and foodservice clients, ensuring consistent product availability, visibility, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for flour products within assigned territory.
- Visit customers regularly (retailers, bakeries, restaurants, and distributors) to generate sales and ensure product visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the market.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and adherence to company credit policies.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for timely deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
- Prepare daily sales reports and submit to the Head of Sales.
- Ensure proper display and merchandising of flour products in retail outlets.
- Address customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Support in implementing promotional campaigns and in-market activations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of field sales experience in FMCG or food distribution (flour, grains, or similar products preferred).
- Valid Qatar/GCC driving license required.
- Good knowledge of local retail and HORECA market segments.
