Sales Associate ( Live Streaming platform)

We are looking for an energetic, organised, and sociable Live Stream Sales Assistant to support hosts in our live online sales shows.

You will work closely with our live streamer to help deliver engaging and high-energy broadcasts. The role combines technical live-stream support, stock handling, and real-time audience engagement.

This is a fast-paced role that requires someone who can think quickly, stay organised, and help create an exciting atmosphere during live shows.

Key Responsibilities

Live Stream Support

• Provide real-time support to streamers during live broadcasts, troubleshooting technical issues quickly and efficiently
• Assist streamers with setup, including camera angles, lighting, audio quality, and overall presentation to enhance viewer engagement
• Communicate clearly with the host during live shows to help maintain energy, pacing, and audience interaction

Show & Audience Engagement

• Support streamers in engaging with viewers and responding to comments during live broadcasts
• Help create a lively atmosphere by interacting with the host and contributing to the flow of the show
• Collaborate with team members to develop new ideas for interactive content and community engagement initiatives

Product & Order Support

• Quickly locate and pass products to the host during live sales
• Prepare, label, and organise stock before and during live sessions
• Pack customer orders efficiently while maintaining accuracy
• Assist with stock handling and transferring boxes as needed to keep live sessions running smoothly

Operations & Reporting

• Maintain records of live sessions, including technical issues encountered and solutions provided
• Ensure all equipment and stock are prepared and organised ahead of broadcasts

• Strong communication skills with the ability to give clear, positive instructions
• Sociable, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Highly organised and able to multitask during live shows
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot challenges quickly

Physical Requirements

• Comfortable handling stock and transferring boxes during live sessions
• Some heavy lifting may be required

Bonus Experience (Not Required)

• Familiarity with live streaming platforms or broadcasting tools
• Prior experience supporting performers, presenters, or content creators
• Background in theatre, dance, or performance arts
• Retail, e-commerce, or live sales experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
