Sales Associate – Luxury Ladies Fashion (Female Arabic Speaker Preferred)

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Associate to join our luxury ladies fashion store. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and actively building a loyal client base.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
• Support customers with product selection, styling, and fitting
• Actively build and maintain a personal client database
• Bring new clients to the store and develop repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales targets
• Maintain store cleanliness, visual standards, and product display
• Handle transactions and support daily store operations

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of local experience in luxury ladies fashion retail
• Previous experience in luxury or high-end retail is required
• Fluent in Arabic (English is an advantage)
• Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
• Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Willingness to work flexible shifts
