Sales Associate - Majid Al Futtaim

Majid Al Futtaim operates shopping malls, retail brands, and leisure destinations across the Middle East, including Bahrain. As a Sales Associate, you help deliver excellent customer service while driving store sales and creating positive shopping experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Champion customer service by understanding and meeting customer needs.

Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through effective selling and product knowledge.

Recommend products and assist customers in finding merchandise that suits them.

Maintain store appearance, restock shelves, and ensure visual merchandising standards.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally, escalating when needed.

Follow company policies, including security and loss prevention; may assist with POS functions.

Typical Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Around 1–2 years of retail/customer service experience or willingness to learn.

Good communication and customer interaction skills.

Pay: From BD544.300 per month
