We’re expanding our footprint to major cities and are looking for energetic Sales Associates (Business Development) who are passionate about sales, client interaction, and real estate.

This is a field-based role focused on commercial property sales — perfect for professionals who thrive on building relationships and driving results.

Role Overview: Sales Associate

As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Guideyu in your city — understanding client needs, showcasing the right spaces, and closing successful deals. This role offers hands-on exposure to the fast-paced world of commercial real estate.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through cold calls, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
  • Client Meetings: Understand customer requirements and provide customized commercial property solutions.
  • Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct property visits, explaining features, pricing, and benefits clearly.
  • Sales Closures: Manage the end-to-end sales process — from lead follow-up to deal closure.
  • Negotiation & Finalization: Handle client negotiations effectively to close profitable deals.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build long-term relationships for repeat and referral business.
  • CRM Reporting: Maintain accurate records of leads, clients, and deals in the CRM system.
  • Inventory & Market Knowledge: Stay updated on local market trends, property availability, and pricing.
  • Social Media & Networking: Engage on LinkedIn and other platforms to enhance visibility and generate leads.

What We’re Looking For

  • 0–1 year of experience in real estate sales (preferably commercial).
  • Knowledge of the local real estate market in your city or state.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and open to local travel (two-wheeler preferred).
  • Comfortable attending occasional training or meetings in Bangalore.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with the central sales and marketing team.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
