Our client Casa Lorelai is looking for a Sales Associate in Lahore.

Casa Lorelai is seeking a dedicated Sales Associate with a strong background in sales, specifically within the edible oil industry. The ideal candidate has at least three years of experience demonstrating effective sales techniques and possesses excellent communication skills. This role focuses on introducing Casa Lorelai's products into various retail stores, ensuring proper placement on shelves, and obtaining valuable feedback from store managers to enhance product visibility and customer satisfaction. The Sales Associate will also manage a small team, overseeing one team member to support sales activities and meet business objectives. In this role, the Sales Associate acts as a vital link between the company and retail partners, driving product penetration and building positive relationships across multiple store locations. The candidate must be proactive in maintaining store displays, tracking sales performance, and collaborating closely with the team to implement sales strategies that increase product reach and market share. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are essential for managing store relationships and guiding the team to achieve established sales goals.

LMT, IMT Experience will be preferable.

Responsibilities

  • Introduce and promote Casa Lorelai’s edible oil products to various retail stores to expand market presence.
  • Ensure proper placement of products on store shelves in accordance with company standards to maximize visibility and sales.
  • Collect and document feedback from store managers regarding product performance, customer preferences, and display effectiveness.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail partners to facilitate collaboration and address any sales-related concerns promptly.
  • Manage and support a small sales team to coordinate sales efforts, share best practices, and achieve individual and team targets.
  • Monitor sales trends and store-level performance to identify opportunities for growth and areas requiring improvement.
  • Assist in planning and executing in-store promotional activities and campaigns to drive product demand.
  • Communicate regularly with the company's sales and marketing departments to align strategies and share market insights.
  • Provide training and guidance to the team member to enhance selling techniques and customer engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all sales activities.
  • Prepare reports on sales activities, achievements, and store feedback for management review.
  • Work collaboratively with inventory teams to maintain adequate stock levels and timely replenishment at store locations.
