What We're Looking For: As a team-member with Jeweler's Cut Pawn, you'll play a key role in our day-to-day operations, making significant contributions to both our customers' experiences and our community presence. We're looking for someone who is:

• A Sales Professional: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.

• Detail-oriented: Whether it's evaluating an item's worth, managing inventory, or keeping the shop organized, you've got an eye for detail.

• Ethical and honest: Integrity is at the heart of what we do. You're someone who always chooses to do the right thing.

Responsibilities:

• Selling a wide range of products.
• Evaluate and appraise items, offering fair prices and loans to customers.
• Maintain an inviting and well-organized shop environment.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
• Stay informed about market trends and item values to ensure accurate appraisals.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals and uphold our mission and values.

Qualifications:

• Candidates must have proven experience in retail sales or customer service, with a minimum of 5-7 years of experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A commitment to continuous learning and growth.
• Must share our passion for community, fun, and excellence.
