Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in the retail or perfume retail industry, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing them with the best product recommendations while driving sales and achieving store targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner, assisting them with product selection and providing personalized recommendations.
• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of perfumes, including fragrance families, ingredients, and brand information.
• Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions.
• Maintain product displays, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, clean, and visually appealing.
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, encouraging repeat business.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall goals.
• Assist with inventory management, including stocktaking and replenishment.
• Stay updated on the latest product launches, trends, and promotions in the perfume industry.
• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with team members and provide support to ensure smooth store operations.
• Ensure adherence to store policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the retail industry, preferably in the perfume retail sector.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent Intermediate/Bechlors
• Skills:
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Knowledge of perfume products and the retail market is a plus.
