We’re Hiring: Sales B2B


📍 Location: Sheraton (Hybrid – 1-2 office days/week, mostly client visits)

🕘 Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (with 1-hour flexibility)

📅 Days Off: Fridays & Saturdays


About the Role

As a Business Developer, you will play a key role in driving growth by:

Identifying and securing new clients.

Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

Promoting the company’s recruitment and HR services.

Collaborating with internal teams to design tailored solutions.

Positioning the company as a trusted HR partner in the Egyptian market.


Requirements

✅ 2–5 years of experience in B2B sales (preferably in recruitment or HR services).

✅ Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles.

✅ Excellent presentation & communication skills.

✅ Results-driven with a goal-oriented mindset.

✅ Solid knowledge of Egypt’s recruitment/HR services market.
