We are hiring a B2B Business Development Manager with strong experience in international IT contracts and staff augmentation sales. The candidate will focus on selling dedicated resources (AI/ML Engineers, Mobile App Developers, Web Developers) to international clients and recruitment agencies under long-term B2B contracts.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation:

Identify and approach B2B clients, recruitment firms, and IT companies looking for remote or offshore developers.

Build a pipeline of international opportunities in need of dedicated resources for AI/ML, Web, and Mobile development.

B2B Contracting & Negotiation:

Pitch resource-based models (monthly billing, hourly rates, full-time dedicated developer models).

Negotiate and close international staffing contracts, retainers, or long-term outsourcing agreements.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish trust with founders, CTOs, and hiring managers in international markets (USA, UK, EU, Middle East).

Maintain long-term client relationships with regular check-ins, reporting, and upselling of additional resources.

Resource Coordination:

Understand available talent within Paklogics across AI, mobile, web, and SaaS domains.

Match suitable profiles with client needs, coordinate technical interviews, and manage onboarding processes.

Market Intelligence:

Stay updated on international recruitment trends, IT staffing demand, and remote hiring practices.

Monitor competition and identify gaps for Paklogics’ dedicated team offerings.
Requirements:

2 to 3 years of proven experience in B2B tech sales, international staffing, or resource-based outsourcing.

Must have experience selling dedicated developers in AI/ML, mobile app, and web technologies.

Strong knowledge of international recruitment patterns, remote hiring practices, and staff augmentation models.

Excellent English communication skills — must be confident in video meetings, emails, and professional follow-ups.

Strong understanding of pricing models, contract drafting, and proposal building for international clients.

Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach tools, and CRM systems is a plus.
