We are seeking an experienced Sales & Business Development Executive with strong knowledge of the agriculture field in the UAE. The ideal candidate understands agricultural products, farming practices, and customer needs within the region. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell agri-input products (fertilizers, pesticides, micronutrients, etc.) to distributors, retailers, and agri-dealers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Expand the distribution network by identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new channel partners.
  • Conduct joint sales visits with retailers/distributors to drive product visibility, push sales, and improve field-level execution.
  • Provide product demonstrations, technical guidance, and after-sales support to customers.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to support strategy development.
