About the role:
We want someone to run the entire sales function within a small but growing agency. The right candidate should have excellent sales skills and experience working with an interesting lead and converting them to a closed deal. This person will also be making outbound sales and prospecting for new business. You should have experience working in sales positions with agencies.
The right candidate is responsible, caring, pragmatic, and communicative (we consider these qualities necessary for success in the role).
The right candidate has a “happy to help“ attitude. We also hope that you sincerely believe that we work better together than alone – and that you can work in a cross-disciplinary team even if you do not physically meet.

What you’ll be doing:

Generate lists of prospects using tools such as (Zoominfo, Hunter.io, and Apollo.io) based on set criteria (lists of Job Titles, Locations, Companies, or Industry criteria)

Doing cold outbound outreach to these businesses and pitching services and converting cold leads into warm contacts

Supporting with the preparation of sales decks, emails, and scripts for target clients

Other projects related to business development, as the company grows

You’ll be directly responsible for the expansion of the company’s sales and customer base

Taking calls with interested leads introducing them to the company and its services and moving them forward within the sales process
Who are we looking for?

3+ years of proven experience in successfully generating sales for agency-based clients
-
Highly organized and detail-oriented, but you don’t get stopped by the details

Extremely flexible and adaptable
-
Great with moving parts and multiple balls in the air. Doesn’t drop the ball

Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Notices errors, glitches, and things that may fall through the cracks

Experience using Social Media Scheduling Tools, Canva, Ahrefs, and others is a huge plus
