Job Summary:

The Sales & Business Development Consultant / Representative is responsible for executing sales and business development activities by identifying potential clients, presenting the company’s solutions, supporting the sales cycle from lead generation to closure, and following up with clients to ensure smooth onboarding and engagement experience.


Responsibilities:

  • Execute assigned sales and business development activities in line with the company’s commercial objectives and predefined sales plans.
  • Identify, approach, and engage potential clients.
  • Conduct client outreach through meetings, calls, demos, and follow-ups to generate qualified leads.
  • Support the sales cycle from initial contact through deal closure, in coordination with the Sales & Business Development leadership.
  • Operate strictly within predefined pricing structures, commercial terms, and approval frameworks.
  • Follow up with newly onboarded clients to ensure a smooth transition and address any initial concerns in coordination with internal teams.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and support retention efforts.
  • Accurately update sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions using approved reporting or CRM tools.
  • Provide regular activity and performance updates to the reporting manager as required.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Product, Technical, Operations, Finance) to ensure proper handover and client support.
  • Participate in sales training, product briefings, and knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance performance.
  • Represent the company professionally in client meetings, virtual demonstrations, and business discussions when required.


Requirements:

  • BA / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Operations or Similar.
  • 1 - 4 Years of Experience in Sales & Business Development (Fintech/Technology companies Preferred).
  • Strong Negotiation and Sales Skills, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills, Experience with Market Analysis and Business Development Strategies, Understanding of Fintech Industry and Trends.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
