Sales & Business Development Executive

Karachi, Pakistan

We are looking for a mature, results-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

* Executing sales in line with management’s pricing and customer guidelines

* Ensuring timely recovery of outstanding payments

* Identifying and developing new business opportunities

* Building strong, long-term relationships with customers

* Providing feedback to management on market trends and customer behavior

This is a senior-level role, and candidates must have a proven record in customer handling, negotiation, and business expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle B2B and B2C sales within defined customer profiles

* Manage receivables and follow up for payment recovery

* Prospect and develop new customer accounts and markets

* Prepare and deliver sales reports as required

* Ensure customer satisfaction and retention

* Coordinate closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (preferred: Business, Sales, or Marketing)

* Minimum 10 years of experience in sales and/or business development

* Strong communication and negotiation skills

* Ability to work independently and handle pressure

* Familiarity with CRM systems and MS Office

* Candidates must be between the ages of 38 and 45
