Sales & Business Development Executive

Position Summary

We’re seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive/Sales executive to lead our marketing efforts and help drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. You’ll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels while working closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to support company growth objectives.
  • Manage and optimize multi-channel campaigns (email, social media, content, SEO, PPC, events).
  • Oversee content creation and brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
  • Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to align messaging and drive customer acquisition.
  • Supervise and mentor junior marketing team members or external partners.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA a plus).
  • 2–3+ years of experience in marketing, with a track record of successful campaign management.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics, and CRM platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative mindset with strong project management skills.
  • Experience in [industry or niche] is a plus.
  • Valid UAE Driving License Mandatory
