Cafe Nutrition is a nutrition counselling company delivering evidence-based corporate wellness programs and healthy food solutions.

We are seeking a results-driven Sales professional (2–3 years’ relevant experience) to drive B2B corporate wellness sales, institutional/hospitality placements for the products, and oversee the product D2C website operations. The role combines inside sales (LinkedIn prospecting, calling, scheduling) with field sales (meetings/presentations), plus ownership of logistics coordination and post-sale follow-ups.

A. Corporate Wellness (B2B)

  • Identify and build a qualified pipeline of companies through LinkedIn data mining, industry databases, referrals and events.
  • Conduct outreach: cold/warm calling, emailing, LinkedIn messaging to secure appointments.
  • Present corporate wellness programs to HR/CSR/Administration leaders; tailor proposals to client needs.
  • Coordinate on-ground logistics for activations/sessions and ensure timely follow-ups for renewals and upsell.

B. Institutional & Hospitality Sales for the Products

  • Map and acquire institutions, hotels and cafes for product placement
  • Conduct product demos/tastings, negotiate commercial terms, and onboard partners.
  • Liaise with supply, logistics and finance to ensure smooth deliveries, invoicing and collections.

C. D2C Website Oversight

  • Monitor D2C website performance: orders, checkout experience, product listings, promotions and basic CMS updates (with agency/tech support as needed).
  • Track order fulfilment and last-mile logistics, resolve customer escalations, and drive repeat purchase initiatives.

Experience: 2–3 years in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in corporate wellness, healthcare, HR solutions, FMCG/F&B, hospitality supply, or e-commerce.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing Management or related field.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong prospecting skills, especially LinkedIn research/data mining; confident cold caller.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage senior HR/Administration stakeholders.
  • Hands-on with CRM/Excel/Google Sheets
  • Negotiation, objection handling and closure capability; disciplined follow-up.
  • Ability to travel within the region
