Role Overview

We are hiring an in-house Sales & Business Development Executive who can convert inbound leads generated through ads and also perform outbound prospecting by identifying specific industries and reaching potential clients through calls, WhatsApp, and email.

This role is conversion-focused, not just calling.

Key ResponsibilitiesInbound Sales (Warm Leads)

Handle leads coming from:

• Facebook / Google / TikTok Ads
• WhatsApp & Website

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding client needs (state, business nature, budget)
• Pitching VCFiling services confidently
• Closing deals and proper follow-ups
• Maintaining lead records and status

Outbound Sales (Targeted Outreach)

• Research specific industries as assigned
• Find business data using:
• Google search
• Business directories
• LinkedIn / Websites
• Collect:
• Phone numbers
• Emails
• WhatsApp contacts
• Reach out professionally and convert prospects into clients

Required Skills (Must Have)

• Strong communication and sales skills
• Experience in services sales (preferably business services)
• Confident phone and WhatsApp communication
• Ability to handle objections
• Basic computer and Google research skills
• English and Urdu communication
• Target-oriented mindset

Plus Points (Preferred)

• Experience in US company registration / ITIN / EIN / LLC
• CRM or lead management experience
• International client handling experience
• WhatsApp sales experience

Salary & Incentives

• Base Salary: PKR 50,000 – 80,000
• Commission: Per converted client
• Performance-based bonus available

Good performers can earn significantly more than the base salary.
