Sales & Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Organic Lead Mining & Research: Independently identify and research potential clients (businesses, brands, startups, SMEs, and enterprises) across India who need digital marketing and performance marketing services. Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, business directories, and industry databases to build a robust, qualified prospect list.
  • Outbound Sales Activities: Execute consistent, disciplined outbound prospecting including cold calling, cold emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and direct networking. Follow a structured outreach cadence to ensure systematic follow-ups.
  • Networking & Relationship Building: Attend and represent Peritum Creative House at domestic industry events, business networking meetups, and conferences. Leverage LinkedIn personal branding to attract inbound interest organically.
  • Discovery & Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings with prospective clients to understand their business model, current marketing efforts, challenges, goals, and budget parameters.
  • Solution Presentation & Pitching: Develop and deliver customized presentations and proposals. Translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, business-outcome focused language that resonates with founders, C-suite executives, and marketing heads.
  • Objection Handling & Negotiation: Confidently handle client objections and position Peritum's value proposition effectively. Negotiate commercial terms, pricing structures (retainer-based, project-based, or performance-based), and contract durations.

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable):-

1. Experience: 2–5 years of hands-on, professional sales/BD experience specifically within a Digital/Performance Marketing Agency. General sales experience outside the industry will NOT be considered.

2. Education: MBA from a recognized institution is mandatory.

3. Industry Knowledge: Must possess a strong working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Social Media Marketing, and Branding. You must be able to speak about these services credibly.

4. Sales Track Record: A demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Be prepared to share specific numbers.

5. Location & Readiness: Must be willing to work full-time on-site from our office and be ready for regular face-to-face client meetings and networking events.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
