Pramukh GTS is a leading name in government institutional catering. We are now aggressively expanding our footprint into the Corporate, Private Sector, and Industrial segments. We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to lead this transition. This is not just a sales role; it is an opportunity to build and own the corporate vertical of an established catering firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Prospecting: Identify and target potential corporate clients, manufacturing sites, and private institutions across the state and further. Identify and penetrate high-value accounts including private universities.
- Outreach: Conduct cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn prospecting to reach HR Managers, Facility Managers, and Admin Heads.
- Client Meetings: Schedule and lead site visits to present our menus, service capabilities, and hygiene standards.
- Proposal Management: Work with our team to create competitive quotes and customized catering proposals.
- Relationship Management: Build long-term partnerships with clients to ensure contract renewals and referrals.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B sales (Direct experience in Catering, Hospitality, Facility Management, or Office Supplies is highly preferred).
- Network: Must have an existing understanding of (or contacts within) HR and Admin departments in the local corporate sector.
- Skills: Strong negotiation skills, professional presentation, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Language: Professional fluency in Gujarati and Hindi. Functional English for corporate correspondence.
