Sales Head / CEO (with structured guidance and training)
Role Objective
We are looking for MBA students or fresh MBA graduates who want to build a long-term career in sales and customer engagement. This role is designed to create future sales executives by giving hands-on exposure to real customers, real meetings, and real follow-ups.
The focus is on learning how to talk to customers, understand needs, present solutions, follow up professionally, and close loops—not just theoretical sales concepts.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing customers via calls, emails, WhatsApp, and meetings
- Support senior sales staff in client meetings, solution presentations, and discussions
- Learn how to understand customer requirements and map them to company solutions
- Perform structured follow-ups with customers and ensure timely responses
- Maintain and update CRM records, lead status, and follow-up notes
- Assist in preparing basic proposals, presentations, and sales summaries
- Go out for customer meetings, site visits, and demos as required
- Actively learn sales etiquette, negotiation basics, and professional communication
Ideal Candidate Profile
- MBA student or recent MBA graduate (Marketing / Sales / Business preferred)
- Strong communication skills and confidence in speaking with customers
- Willing to go for meetings, interact with people, and build relationships
- Eager to learn real-world sales rather than just classroom theory
- Comfortable with follow-ups, reminders, and customer coordination
- Organized, disciplined, and responsive
- Ambitious and interested in becoming a professional salesperson

Internship Details
- Number of positions: 2–3 interns
- Duration: 3–6 months (performance-based conversion possible)
