Position Summary

Nitaq Academy is looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Intern to support our student admissions and business development activities. The intern will work closely with the sales and counseling team to generate leads, communicate with prospective students, explain course offerings, and assist in converting inquiries into enrollments.

This internship is ideal for candidates who want practical exposure in EdTech sales, lead generation, customer handling, and business communication.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and generate potential student leads through online platforms, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective students and professionals interested in Nitaq Academy courses.
  • Assist in database collection for schools, colleges, corporate clients, and walk-in prospects.

2. Student Counseling & Course Promotion

  • Contact inquiries via phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media.
  • Explain Nitaq Academy programs, fees, benefits, schedules, and career outcomes.
  • Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.

3. Sales Conversion Support

  • Follow up regularly with interested leads.
  • Schedule counseling/demo sessions with senior admission advisors.
  • Support the team in achieving weekly and monthly enrollment targets.

4. CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain lead records, follow-up status, and sales notes in CRM/Excel sheets.
  • Prepare daily call reports and weekly sales progress updates.
  • Track conversion ratios and customer feedback.

5. Marketing Coordination

  • Coordinate with the marketing team regarding campaign-generated leads.
  • Support promotional activities, seminars, webinars, and educational events.
  • Assist in offline student outreach activities when required.

6. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build rapport with students and parents.
  • Ensure prompt response to all inquiries.
  • Maintain professional communication to enhance student trust and academy reputation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.
  • Confidence in speaking with students, parents, and working professionals.
  • Basic knowledge of sales process and customer handling.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM tools is a plus.
  • Social media communication knowledge is an advantage.
  • English fluency required; Arabic/Hindi/Urdu is a plus.

EdTech sales internships in UAE are generally highly target-driven and require lead follow-up, outreach, and conversion support — especially for institutes selling professional courses and certifications.
