Multi Trade Group is urgently looking for an experienced and dynamic professional for the position of Head of Sales (Multi Hygiene – Diaper Segment).

Position Details

• Position: Head of Sales (Multi Hygiene – Diaper Segment)
• Location: SAIF Zone
• Job Type: Full-Time
• Salary Range: AED 8,000 – AED 10,000 per month
• Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in the relevant Hygiene / Diaper industry
• Driving License: Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales and growth targets.
• Lead and manage the Hygiene / Diaper sales division across UAE markets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities, distributors, wholesalers and retail accounts.
• Build strong relationships with key customers, modern trade and traditional trade partners.
• Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies and customer requirements.
• Ensure effective product distribution, shelf visibility and brand presence in the market.
• Manage, train and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual objectives.
• Conduct regular market visits to evaluate sales performance and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare sales forecasts, business development plans and performance reports.
• Coordinate with procurement, logistics and marketing teams for smooth operations.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing and promotional activities with clients.
• Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy customer accounts.
• Drive sales growth while maintaining profitability targets.
