Infinity Medical Training is a specialized company focused on delivering high-quality medical content, facilitating medical accreditation processes, and supporting scientific publications. We serve healthcare professionals, medical institutions, and academic bodies all across the GCC region.

Role Description

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Leader to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and expand our presence in the medical education and accreditation market across the GCC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to grow B2B clients (hospitals, clinics, medical institutions)
  • Identify new business opportunities within the GCC healthcare and education sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in medical organizations
  • Monitor team performance and prepare sales reports for management
  • Support the team in closing high-value deals and handling negotiations
  • Ensure high-quality client service and follow-up
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales leadership (preferably B2B or healthcare sector)
  • Strong understanding of GCC market is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Experience in training or medical education industry is an advantage
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
