Female Receptionist & Sales Executive – Ladies Salon

Beauty Crown Ladies Salon is looking for a confident, energetic, and sales-driven Receptionist & Sales Executive who can professionally handle clients, convert inquiries into bookings, and help increase salon revenue through upselling and excellent customer service.

This is not a basic receptionist role. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a convincing personality, and the ability to recommend services, promote offers, increase repeat bookings, and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome clients professionally and create a premium salon experience.
• Handle appointments, walk-ins, phone calls, WhatsApp, and Instagram inquiries.
• Convert inquiries into confirmed appointments effectively.
• Upsell and cross-sell salon services, packages, memberships, and retail products.
• Recommend additional services based on client needs.
• Rebook existing clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Follow up with clients for confirmations, feedback, and future appointments.
• Coordinate staff schedules and monitor daily appointment flow.
• Support monthly promotions, offers, and social media activities.
• Handle billing, cash collection, and front desk records accurately.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements

• Previous experience in salon reception, beauty sales, spa reception, retail sales, or customer service.
• Strong sales, upselling, and customer handling skills.
• Excellent communication and convincing ability.
• Confident handling clients in person, on calls, and through WhatsApp.
• Target-oriented mindset with the ability to increase bookings and customer retention.
• Professional, presentable, friendly, and energetic personality.
• Familiar with WhatsApp Business, appointment systems, and social media communication.
• Fluent in English (Arabic or additional languages are a plus).
• Female candidates only.
• UAE experience preferred.
