Sales & Business Development Manager

Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Prospect new clients using various tools and channels.
  • Initiate first contact and prepare tailored presentations.
  • Attend meetings with potential clients.
  • Negotiate, close deals, and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.

Account Management

  • Oversee client accounts after contract signing and ensure proper delivery.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver on time and with high quality.
  • Provide regular reports on account performance.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development and sales strategies.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and partnerships.
  • Prepare and present customized proposals and pitches.
  • Maintain long-term client relationships and achieve revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in sales or business development within a marketing, advertising, or media agency.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of full-service marketing solutions (branding, digital, PR, events, and media).
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to manage multiple accounts effectively.
