Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and crafting sales strategies to meet company objectives. The role involves negotiating contracts, managing a sales pipeline, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will also actively contribute to market research, analyze trends, and identify potential growth areas to drive revenue and expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Strong sales and business development skills, including client acquisition, account management, and contract negotiation
• 2 - 5 years of experience in hospitality/ commercial interior/ fit out
• Must have a valid UAE driving license
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, architects, developers, and stakeholders
• Strategic analysis, market research, and trend assessment skills
• Proven experience in sales planning and pipeline management
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
• Experience in the art, design, or construction industry is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and collaborative on-site environment
