Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Business Development Manager based in Lahore. The primary responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategies for long-term company growth. The role involves leading negotiations, creating customized strategies for clients, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure the delivery of tailored consultancy services. The manager will also be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, preparing detailed business proposals, and staying updated with market trends to identify emerging opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Strong sales, client management, and business development skills to drive revenue growth and build sustainable client relationships.
  • Strategic thinking, negotiation, and presentation skills to create and deliver customized business proposals and services.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities to collaborate with internal teams and effectively interact with clients.
  • Knowledge of the education and migration sectors, including Australian visas and UK study programs, is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and meet or exceed sales targets while maintaining high professional standards.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and market analysis to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
