Outbound Sales Team Lead – USA Campaign (Night Shift)

Wesolvd is seeking an experienced Cold Calling Sales Team Lead to drive sales for our USA-based digital services campaign.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound B2B/B2C calls to U.S. prospects
• Pitch Web Design, SEO, and AI Agent services confidently
• Identify client needs and offer relevant service packages
• Handle objections and close deals effectively
• Mentor and guide junior sales representatives
• Monitor calls and provide regular coaching
• Maintain CRM entries, call logs, and pipeline reports
• Collaborate with management to optimize scripts and outreach

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of international outbound calling experience
• Experience selling Web Design, SEO, and AI Agent solutions
• Prior experience using Apollo or Lusha
• Excellent English (neutral/American accent)
• Strong closing and objection-handling skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a team
• Comfortable with night shift

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs130,000.00 per month

• Lahore Johar Town: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
