Key Responsibilities:1. Corporate Sales & Business Development

  • Identify, target, and secure corporate clients including builders, construction firms, architectural firms, interior designers, and project developers.
  • Pitch Ghani Ceramics’ product portfolio (tiles, sanitary ware, accessories) to corporate and institutional customers.
  • Develop and propose customized solutions for large-volume clients and project-based requirements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing corporate customers and ensure repeat business.

2. Sales Strategy & Target Achievement

  • Develop regional corporate sales strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly sales forecasts, budgets, and performance reports.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets for corporate and project channels.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activity, and new opportunities.

3. Team Management (If applicable)

  • Lead and supervise the regional corporate sales team.
  • Set individual sales targets and monitor team performance.
  • Provide coaching, training, and guidance to team members for improved results.

4. Client Relationship Management

  • Conduct client visits, site meetings, and presentations to promote products.
  • Address client queries regarding pricing, product specifications, delivery timelines, and after-sales support.
  • Ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction.

5. Coordination & Reporting

  • Coordinate with production, supply chain, and logistics for timely order deliveries.
  • Work with the marketing team for promotional material, product samples, and corporate sales campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline updates.

6. Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to company pricing policies and approval protocols.
  • Monitor credit limits, follow-up for payments, and support finance in credit recovery.
  • Represent the company in exhibitions, corporate events, and networking platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs250,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
