We are expanding our footprint across the UAE and seeking a Sales / Business Development Manager with passion, professionalism, and proven experience in aroma diffusers, fragrance oils, or scent marketing solutions.

Position: Sales / Business Development Manager

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Preference: Female Candidates

Experience: 3–6 years in B2B Sales / Business Development (Fragrance, Hospitality, or Facility Management sectors preferred)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop, and manage corporate client relationships across hospitality, retail, real estate, and wellness sectors.
• Promote the company’s aroma diffusion systems and signature scent solutions.
• Conduct on-site client presentations, demonstrations, and fragrance trials.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through structured pipeline management.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver seamless client experiences.
• Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and scent innovations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics in the UAE
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Pleasant personality with a polished, client-facing demeanor
• Passion for luxury brands, fragrance, and sensory experiences
• UAE Driving License is an advantage
