Job Opportunity: Sales & Business Development Manager (Kuwait-based candidates only)

A leading catering company in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

✅ Minimum 5-7 years of experience in business development within the catering.
✅ Experience in the F&B or Catering sector.

✅Strong network in hospitality, healthcare, government, or corporate sectors is required.
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
✅ Fluent in English; Arabic.

✅ Should Hold Kuwaiti Driving License & Car.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the catering and F&B sectors, including B2B, government & Private healthcare sector, corporate, and event markets.

✔Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

✔Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, and contracts.

✔Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer needs assessments.

✔Collaborate with operations, culinary, and marketing teams to tailor offerings for target clients.

✔Attend industry events and represent the company professionally.

✔Track performance and generate reports on sales targets, KPIs, and growth strategies.
