Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer – Outbound Sales Calls

Join our fast-growing international sales team as a Quality Assurance Officer and help us deliver world-class customer experiences. You’ll be the voice of quality—evaluating outbound sales calls, ensuring top-notch communication, and coaching representatives to perform at their best.

What You’ll Do

• Review and score outbound sales calls for quality and compliance
• Provide feedback and coaching to improve communication and sales techniques
• Create reports, identify trends, and recommend improvements
• Collaborate with management to maintain high-quality standards across the team

What We’re Looking For

• Experience of QA and staff training for on call international sales.
• Excellent English communication and analytical skills
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for performance

Working Hours:

• Monday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 2:00 PM – 8:00 PM (Half-day)

Additional Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time | Office-Based
• Compensation: PKR 60,000 – 75,000 + Commissions per month
• Location Requirement: Must be based in Karachi
