Sales Calling Agent (Amazon Services)

Nazgrow is hiring Sales Calling Agents to connect with international clients and introduce our Amazon FBA and eCommerce growth services.

In this role, you will be responsible for initiating conversations, building interest, and guiding potential clients toward the next step in the sales process. You will work closely with the senior team to convert opportunities into business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to international prospects
• Introduce and explain our Amazon services (PPC, Account Management, Growth)
• Engage prospects and build initial trust
• Identify potential clients and understand their needs
• Guide interested prospects toward the next step (meeting or deal)
• Handle basic objections and keep conversations moving
• Follow up with leads and maintain communication
• Update lead activity and status in CRM
• Meet daily and monthly performance targets

Requirements:

• Fluent English with clear and confident communication
• Strong persuasion and conversation skills
• Comfortable speaking with international clients
• Ability to work night shifts (US/UK time zones)
• Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
• Basic knowledge of Amazon FBA / eCommerce (preferred)
