Sales Cashier

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Female Cashier to join our dynamic team. If you’re passionate about building strong relationships with clients, identifying new opportunities, and driving business growth, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through WhatsApp, phone calls, and other forms of communication.
• Expand the company’s reach by identifying and nurturing potential customers and forging strong relationships with them.
• Research and analyze sales options to identify and pursue upselling opportunities.
• Act as a liaison between the company and its current and future markets.
• Gather market and customer insights to assist in price negotiations, delivery schedules, and customer-specific requirements.
• Support management by providing feedback on new products and promotions.
• Consistently review personal performance and aim to exceed sales targets.
• Accurately record and report sales activities to the sales department.
• Provide solutions to clients’ challenges and recommend improvements for maximizing client satisfaction and company profitability.
• Collaborate effectively with the team to achieve sales goals.
• Handle the packing of cake, pastries, and balloon orders as part of ensuring excellent service delivery.
• Coordinate with Cake Decorators or Pastry Chefs to ensure order details are accurate and address any changes to the order as necessary.
• Provide pricing for specific orders and inquiries related to events to support customers and finalize bookings.
• Represent the company at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
• Take on additional tasks assigned by the manager related to the sales process and contribute to the improvement of company operations.
• Coordinate with Drivers and ensure delivery process are met.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year of sales experience, Confectionery experience is a plus but not required.
• Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary: Starting from QAR 2,000 per month, based on experience and qualifications.
