About the Role

As a Sales & Client Operations Associate, you will support the sales and revenue team by ensuring deals, client onboarding, and internal processes run efficiently. You will play a key role in coordinating onboarding activities, supporting the sales pipeline, and helping new clients successfully get started with Eqvista’s platform.

You will also provide cap table support to clients by assisting with cap table setup, share issuances, and equity transfers, ensuring clients can confidently use the platform and manage their equity data.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations, and client success, and is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with clients while also supporting the internal processes that drive revenue growth.

In This Role, You Will

  • Coordinate client onboarding and implementation for new Eqvista customers.
  • Assist clients with cap table demos and cap table support.
  • Support the sales pipeline by assisting with outreach projects.
  • Provide responsive platform support to clients and answer questions related to cap table functionality.
  • Maintain accurate records of client activity, onboarding progress, and communications.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, valuation, and support teams to resolve client issues quickly.

What you’ll need:

  • Educational or work experience in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence executive-level stakeholders.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Fast learner who can quickly grasp new software and equity concepts.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and responsible for managing deadlines and deliverables.
  • Competitive, motivated, and committed to exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software tools and concepts related to equity management and financial valuations.
  • High integrity and professional demeanor centered on exceptional customer service.

Compensation & Growth

This is a contract-to-permanent role, with clear performance benchmarks for conversion to full-time.

  • Competitive hourly or contract rate (based on experience)
  • Performance incentives after 3 months

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
