Job Title: Sales Closer – Outbound Calls (Digital Marketing Campaign)

Location: H Block, DHA Phase 1, Lahore
Shift Timing: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (USA Shift)

About the Role:

We are hiring experienced Sales Closers with a strong background in outbound calling for USA and international campaigns. The role involves engaging with potential clients, presenting digital marketing solutions, and closing qualified sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to USA and international prospects.
• Pitch digital marketing services and generate sales opportunities.
• Build rapport with clients, handle objections, and successfully close deals.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions in CRM.
• Collaborate with the marketing and lead generation teams to optimize performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound sales/closer roles for USA or international campaigns.
• Strong command of English (spoken & written).
• Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment.
• Comfortable working in night shift (USA timings).
