Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with qualified leads provided by the sales or lead generation team to close deals.
- Conduct product demos, negotiations, and handle client objections professionally.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, pricing models, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the pre-sales and customer success teams to ensure a smooth handover of clients.
- Follow up with potential customers via calls, emails, and virtual meetings to finalize contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Keep detailed records of client interactions and sales performance using CRM tools.
- Provide insights and feedback to the sales leadership team for continuous improvement of the sales process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- 2–5 years of proven experience in B2B/SaaS sales or as a Sales Closer.
- Strong command of English with excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Demonstrated success in closing mid-to-high ticket deals.
