About the Role

We're hiring an experienced B2B Sales Closer to convert our qualified inbound pipeline into high-value, long-term client partnerships. You'll manage the full sales cycle from discovery through contract execution, working with practice administrators, physicians, and healthcare executives across multiple specialties.

This role demands a consultative, value-driven approach to complex healthcare sales with multiple stakeholders and extended decision cycles.

Core Responsibilities

Sales Execution & Deal Closure:

  • Conduct virtual discovery calls, needs assessments, and solution demonstrations with healthcare decision-makers (practice managers, physicians, CFOs, administrators)
  • Navigate complex B2B sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and approval processes
  • Deliver customized ROI-focused proposals across VMA, medical billing (RCM), scribing, and marketing services
  • Master objection handling around budget constraints, vendor switching costs, HIPAA compliance, and integration concerns
  • Negotiate contract terms, pricing structures, and service level agreements (SLAs)
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales quotas with consistent close rates above [XX%]

Pipeline & CRM Management:

  • Maintain accurate opportunity tracking and forecasting in Zoho Bigin CRM
  • Execute strategic follow-up sequences to advance deals through each sales stage
  • Manage proposal lifecycle from generation through e-signature completion
  • Track key performance indicators: conversion rate, average deal value, sales cycle length, pipeline velocity, win/loss ratios

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Partner with operations and onboarding teams to ensure seamless client transitions post-sale
  • Coordinate with marketing on lead quality feedback and campaign optimization
  • Provide competitive intelligence and market insights to leadership
  • Contribute to sales process refinement and proposal template optimization

Industry Knowledge & Continuous Learning:

  • Maintain working knowledge of healthcare compliance (HIPAA, PHI protection)
  • Understand medical billing workflows, revenue cycle management (RCM), and practice operations
  • Stay current on telehealth regulations, virtual staffing trends, and healthcare industry challenges
  • Master product positioning across all service lines and use cases

Required Qualifications

Experience & Track Record:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of B2B sales experience with proven closing ability
  • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred (medical staffing, BPO, health tech, SaaS for healthcare, RCM services)
  • Consistent achievement of quota (100%+ attainment) in previous roles
  • Experience managing 30-60 day sales cycles with multiple touchpoints

Skills & Competencies:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication with neutral/professional accent for U.S. market
  • Consultative sales methodology expertise (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale, Solution Selling)
  • Stakeholder mapping and executive engagement - navigating procurement and approval hierarchies
  • CRM proficiency (Zoho Bigin preferred, Salesforce/HubSpot acceptable)
  • Strong presentation skills for virtual demos and value proposition delivery
  • Negotiation expertise - comfortable discussing contracts, pricing, terms, and ROI

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Experience with healthcare staffing, virtual assistants, or medical billing services
  • Familiarity with practice management systems (EHR/EMR platforms)
  • Previous remote work experience in high-performance sales environments

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
