Sales closer

Job Overview:
We are looking for confident and results-driven Sales Closers to join our call center team. As a Sales Closer, your main responsibility is to convert leads into successful sales by effectively communicating with potential customers and addressing their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
• Resolve complaints and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
• Meet performance targets and quality standards
• Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors

Requirements:

• Strong English communication skills
• Experience in sales or call center roles is preferred but not required
• Basic computer skills
• Comfortable working night shifts
• Goal-oriented, confident, and persuasive

7:00 PM – 11:00 PM (Daily)

Shift Timing:
