Duties

• Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including territory management and lead generation activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Conduct compelling product demos and presentations to showcase solutions tailored to client needs.
• Manage existing accounts through proactive account management strategies, upselling, and fostering long-term relationships.
• Develop and execute business development plans to expand market reach within assigned territories.
• Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track interactions, manage pipelines, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement.
• Negotiate terms and close sales deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to implement strategies that generate leads and enhance brand visibility in target markets.

Requirements

• Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and territory sales effectively.
• Expertise in Zoom.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding service and building lasting client relationships.
• Licensed in life and health or willing to go through the process withing 7-10 days
