Sales Closer - Digital Marketing Outbound Campaign

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Closer to join our outbound digital marketing sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting qualified leads into paying clients by presenting digital marketing solutions such as SEO, PPC, social media marketing, and website development. This role requires strong persuasion skills, confidence on calls, and the ability to handle objections and close deals consistently.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound sales calls with qualified leads generated by the marketing or lead generation team.
• Present and explain digital marketing services including SEO, Google Ads, Social Media Marketing, Website Development, and Branding.
• Understand client business needs and recommend customized marketing solutions.
• Handle objections, negotiations, and closing of sales deals.
• Follow up with prospects via calls, emails, and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and account management teams for smooth client onboarding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Sales Closer, Sales Executive, or High-Ticket Sales Representative.
• Experience selling digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, web design) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
• Strong ability to handle objections and close deals over phone or video calls.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
• Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
• Strong English speaking skills (for international campaigns).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with USA, UK, Canada, or Australia outbound sales campaigns.
• Background in B2B sales or agency sales.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and ROI-driven marketing solutions.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs90,000.00 per month
