Sales Closer – Digital Marketing Solutions | Night Shift | On-Site

Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Sales Closer for our night-shift team (7 PM – 4 AM, on-site in Lahore). In this role, you will focus on closing deals with qualified leads , delivering tailored digital marketing solutions, and driving revenue growth in international markets. This role is ideal for candidates with proven closing experience, exceptional communication skills, and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work assigned leads from CRM via calls, WhatsApp, and email
  • Conduct discovery and qualification calls to understand client needs
  • Deliver persuasive product/service demos and handle objections confidently
  • Manage your own sales pipeline from first contact to closed deals
  • Prepare proposals, negotiate terms, and secure contracts
  • Log all activity and update CRM diligently
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and contribute to company growth
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to boost retention and referrals
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a quota-carrying B2B closing role
  • Proven track record in closing high-value deals and meeting sales targets
  • Experience in selling digital marketing is a plus
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Fluent in English, with a strong phone presence
  • Comfortable working 7 PM – 4 AM, on-site in Lahore
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.)
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to thrive under pressure
